We just got off the windstar in Tahiti. I didn't see much in the way of
people offering excursions on the dock. In fact, they seemed to have
limited capacity on the ship offered excursions and this is a small
ship. I think the larger ships must pose a real problem, I'd recommend
booking ahead of time if they have a reasonable cancellation policy.
