How is this ship since being refurb in 2001.. I have been on her twice and
it was great. Has anyone been

I was on her August 2002. Beautiful ship! I did not see a basketball court.

Glad to hear this because I liked the ship during our crossing in Sept.
2001, but I did not appreciate the fact that our suite was falling apart
in almost every respect.

Was on "GRANDUER OF THE SEAS,for transalantic 0n SEPT 4th-10,ship was
okay ,but in our cabin evry time you washed up in the sink, the water
backed up in the drainin the shower, also would like it if they would
make up the cabin & put the bedspreads back on so when walking into your

Since I believe you asked for it to be done, what was the reason your cabin
steward decided not to honor the request?

Reason spreads were not put back on beds, steward said it was not
required to do so,also never saw him after first day,it was if he was
avoiding us,never even said thank you for our generous tip, here after
will not leave tip in envelope in room,if he or she does not make an
appearance,NO TIP>>>>
