Drink cards on HAL?

Does HAL sell drink cards for pop? Are they available for adults as

We were on the Zuiderdam in Feb 03. One of our tablemates at dinner has a
soda card. I seem to recall he said is cost about $30.

I'm going on the Zuiderdam on Oct 25. I emailed HAL to find out the cost of
a soda card. They responded $28.
