Duty Free Shopping Seoul Incheon?

I have a number of hours in transit at Seoul Incheonon way to OZ. Will I be
able to do any duty free shopping during this time whilst in transit?

I was there just before Sept 11th and security was heavy, hate to see
what it would be like now. If you're stopping in SIN the shopping is
much better. I recall that DF didn't look that great in Incheonon.
