hi anyone been to pulau redang very early february?namely Berjaya
Redang Beach Resort. i book a hotel there and cannot be cancelled. i
wonder how is the water?

It might be ok, although the earliest I've been on the east coast was
March 13th (the weather was ok). The monsoon should end by January and
February might be fine.
