Hey all,
Just one question: I've entered the USA as a tourist, on March 4,
coming from Canada with a French passport within the Visa Waiver
program. The validity of this passport will end on May 2. The US
Customs officer wrote on my passport, on the stamp she put in it, that
I was allowed to remain in the US until June 3.
How is it possible? Did she mistake the validity of my passport?
How is it possible to remain in the US as an alien with a passport, the
validity of this passport being over?
Thanks for your coments...

I'm only guessing here, but I think not only that she made that mistake,
but I also think that if she hadn't made it, she would have denied you
admission. Typically when a country admits you for 90 days, they require
your passport to be valid for 90 days ahead, or even more.
I hope you are planning to go home by May 2.

That's probably a safe assumption. If I were you, I would assume the May
1 date and plan accordingly.
