BA exec club silver query

Have just reached 600 tier points (have 760 points actually). Will BA
automatically send me a silver card or do I have to claim it.

They'll send you a new one automatically. BTW, you lose that extra 160
tier points. They don't carry over for your renewal or quest for Gold.

Sent out automatically . If you don't receive it within a few weeks, it
would be worth telephoning them
