I don't care how cheap they are, it is not worth it.
They lost 4 passengers' baggage on my flight alone. When they finally found
it, they couldn't even get it to me in time or return my calls and tell me
where they were. On top of that, they delivered them to the wrong address.

You think it can't get worse? Well, it can because when I finally got home
to check my bags. some of my stuff was missing. Of course, I don't remember
everything that I packed, but I am missing at least a BRAND new cordless
headset for my computer, a webcam, some CDs and one brand new DVD.

Since speaking with them, they've just been passing the buck from one person
to another. They don't even seem to know who the supervisor is because
everyone I speak to is a supervisor.

I had never heard of them so I looked at their website. OK, I probably
will never fly on them. But are they really cheap?

Happens all the time, even on real Airlines. In my experience, BA and
KLM are particularly expert at losing/misrouting baggage.

Have you any evidence that Airline personnel stole your effects? And you
did have Travel Insurance, didn't you?

If you think you were treated badly, why not book a flight onRyanair and
then wait for it to go pear shaped!

I flew to Toronto from Vancouver round trip for $390 plux taxes. Another
thing they do is advertise prices and then place ALL sorts of restrictions
on them (more than normal). I don't think free would be worth it for the
risk involved.
