LAX or Orange County?

Which airport is closest to Princess pier in Long Beach, and which would
you choose? (Long Beach is out: the only northbound configuration
between there and Edmonton on Alaska/Horizon leaves at 11:10 AM, and our
TA urges us not to catch a plane before 12:30 PM) TIA, Arthur
(planning for 3/27 Diamond Princess as you read this)

LAX or Orange County?

LAX is much closer to Long Beach than Orange County (SNA). LAX has several
advantages over SNA including more flights and lower fares. SNA is a "slot
restricted" airport meaning that there is a limited number of flights in and
out of that airport, and all new flights must be approved by the Orange
County board of supervisors, and other regulatory bodies.
