Is driving a car in Paris and other European cities coming to an end? What will happen with electric vehicles and hydrogen-powered vehicles? Will those be banned? Are European cities going to become car-free?

Thanks for the efforts of the Mayor of Paris, the traffic inside Paris
became a nightmare over those 10 last years. London's congestion charge
was a cleverer move.
