I do not know about Dutch stamps having a tear-off strip for delivery on Sunday.
Catalogue do not show anything like that (I looked up in Stanley Gibbons simplified 1967)
But all Belgian stamps had...

IMHO
There was no such thing as Hotchpotch in Norman Law, which was still
part of the curriculum
in the school of Law in CAEN in the fifties. Attended by a handful...
