Saudia, possibly targets in Turkey, Syria, Jordon. (Not Cairo, the wave of
radioactive water coming down the Nile from Aswan would handle Cairo and
Alexandria nicely)
And the wave of radioactive fallout blowing on the wind would take out the
population of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem - probably not the most well thought out
strategy.
