It wasn't an attachment, it was a URL. My news provider wouldn't
let me post attachments to a non-binary group even if I wanted to
and could get my newsreader to do it.

The Daily Mail doesn't provide any serious evidence for their
suggestion that North Korea is interested in opening a restaurant
in Scotland.
