Don't you mean an emergency exit seat? He won't be able to stretch out with
a solid bulkhead in front of him.

The problem with both bulkhead and exit row seats is that they usually
have the tray table built into the arm rest which means the seat is
1-2 inches narrower. In addition, quite often emergency row seats
don't recline.
