I agree with you, Jean, about the Assistant Maitre 'd. I believe
Richard's description was "swarmy." We were tempted not to give him the
envelope at all (we also did automatic tipping). Figured he would still
get his tip anyway so we did.

I wish you guys had our assistant maitre'd, she was very quiet but did
her job. A real sweetheart!!
