Default What is banned in carry-on for flights WITHIN Europe?

So if you are flying from, say, Ireland to Amsterdam, there are no
restrictions (like no liquids or gels) in your carry-on bags?

As of last Friday, there were no restrictions out of Amsterdam except
to the US. I took water on a flight to Luton.

www.easyjet.com (follow the yellow link at the top of the flights page)
has a useful summary for their network. Amazingly, some countries have
different policies by airport. It seems to state that Poland is not
allowing any hand luggage, which may be wrong as Wizzair's site doesn't
say that (they're Polish) but the rest is probably correct.
