Utter rubbish.

If anyone ever gets a speech recognition system that works and doesn't
need people they won't bother messing about with silly anti terror
applications.

They'll sell the stuff to every major telecommunications company in the
world as directory enquiries equipment and retire as billionaires,
leaving all the silly intelligence and police applications as crumbs for
those who come after them.
