What i would say is this,
I have noticed that many people mostly from North America wouldn't
dare to come by themself in France. They can't speak a word in French,
They have wrong idea about who French are, some of them believe French
are nasty, mean, don't bathe and smell cheese...
Because of their history and also because Paris is the root of
their civilisation, not being there once is ignoring their own culture.
Many would come, if they knew someone would take care of them.

So i propose the following menu and you can choose what you want.

1- Appetizer .
I can pick you up at the airport, and
tranfert you right to your hotel, i would provide you map of Paris,
bus and subway tickets, all explanations for you not to be lost when
you arrive jetlited. If it's the first time you come in Europe, I
would make you win a lot of time and money, and i would provide you the
minimun language to get along in Paris by yourself. For this minimum kit i
would charge you 50 euros from CDG airport or 45 from Orly or 40 from any
train station, whish does not include the price for tickets in public
transportation (cheap).

2- Entrance.
You want one day of visit in Paris, i can make you visit the major places
you must see, including Notre-Dame, Louvre, Concorde, Eiffel Tower and
Sacre Coeur. We would take the best way of transportation to make you
enjoy and not being exausted at the end of the day. I will also explain
you the history of each monument, the life of parisians, to be completly
enlightened. You can do it by yourself but your visit won't be
as interesting than being with a French man. Without meal and different
tickets i would charge you 65 euros for a short day.

3- Main Course.
You want the complete visit of Paris, with the monuments of the entrance
menu plus Bateaux Mouche, Luxembourg, Seine River, and best area in Latin
Quarter and Right bank river, I would charge you 85 euros for a long day
without tickets and meal.

4- Dessert
At your Choice Versailles, Vaux le Vicomte or Chantilly Castle, for the
two last we need to rent a car and a short day is fine. Same price as
entrance without car and meal.

5- Extra
We can go to Loire Vallée for the most beautifull castles
of Chenonceaux, the house of Leornard de Vinci and Chambord,
for 120 euros with car and meal in extra. A really long day is needed.

I'm a young man, i know well United Stades and Canada for being
in North America several times, I'm a really really safe driver,
I appreciate fun, and your trip will be unforgivable.
