Didn't anyone notice the first explosion was in the
rear section of the fuselage? The pilot didn't dump
the fuel before landing so was overweight, and on
the long range version they added extra fuel tanks
guess where?

In the cargo holds.

Landing a fully fueled jet with cargo holds full
of fuel is a pretty idiotic thing to do.
