Not really.

Anyone who buys 'duty free' stuff when travelling within the EC is a
fool.


Doesn't the premium that the retailer pays on the space within the
airport, which is then passed on to the consumer, defeat the concept of
duty-free in some cases?


Last year I paid £18 for two x one litre bottles of decent blended
scotch at a BAA airport.

At that rate I'm happy to pay their rent...
