George W Bush is the first US President to achieve an approval rating
below 0%. Following his commutation of Lewis 'Criminal' Libby's prison
sentence, polls put Bush's approval rating at -13%. "This ensures him a
place in the record books," said one aide, "and it may turn out to be
the greatest ¡X in fact, the only ¡X achievement of his presidency."

Bush was overheard commenting, "What really yanks my yo-yo is the RTC
posters who abandoned me like I had The Plague. What kind of faith-based
initiative is that, those double crossing hypocrites. If I wasn't so
busy with making up lies about Iraq, I'd tell them a thing or six."
