Anyone crossed thru Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel in June ?

I have to be on a cruise from Whittier sailing at 11:00.

When must I be at Portage( with a car) to allow enough time to be in time ?

Traffic / waiting lines will depend on the day --- June is fairly busy
though.

Oh, and parking in Whittier is a little pricey & restaurants are slim.
Taking your own bottled water / etc. isn't a bad idea. And, as you
probably know, take an extra fleece, a windbreaker, and light gloves. It
gets chilly out on the water --- (sorry, didn't mean to have this turn into
a packing list :-) )
