If you are a member of their Capt's Circle at Platinum or higher it's free.
I believe it's like 35 cents per minute ($21 per hour or so) otherwise.

Cybercafes.com lists several on St Thomas in the $4 to $6 per hour range,
which is about normal in most cities..

In St. Thomas there was an internet cafe near the port, it was within
walking distance. At St. Maarten I used an internet cafe at Starbucks.
