REGENT SEVEN SEAS GUESTS EXPERIENCE MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LUXURY

FORT LAUDERDALE - July 9, 2007 - Regent Seven Seas guests can now experience
multi-million dollar luxury following a recently completed $20 million
fleet-wide refurbishment.

"As a six-star luxury cruise line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers
top-of-the-line amenities and experiences for our guests. These latest
refurbishments allow us to continue offering our guests the very best in
comfort and elegance at sea," said Mark Conroy, Regent's president.

Thanks to refurbishments completed during their spring 2007 dry-dock,
700-guest all-suite, all-balcony Seven Seas Voyager® and Seven Seas
Mariner®, as well as 490-guest all-suite Seven Seas Navigator® now feature
wireless service for laptop computers and faster Internet connectivity
overall, cell phone service, and iPods® with Bose® speakers in Butler
suites. To truly create a home away from home, other enhanced amenities
include bed linens, duvets, cashmere throws and bathrobes from the
distinguished luxury brand Anichini®; new towels and slippers; new
Regent-brand bathroom amenities and new carpeting in public areas. Master
and Grand Suites aboard the three ships now also feature personal Nespresso®
coffee machines, while each of the three ships' Club.com computer lounges
also now feature a state-of-the-art espresso bar.

Regent Seven Seas will continue to offer superlative, intuitive service; as
part of last year's re-branding, all Regent employees received training in
the Tao of Regent, the guiding principles for its brand essence, values and
service philosophy.

New services to guests include an à la carte butler menu now available
aboard all four ships in suites with butler service, offering guests the
added benefit of choosing their preferred canapés each day from a variety of
options. Seven Seas Mariner's March 2007 drydock also brought a welcome new
addition on board - a coffee bar now located on deck six features edibles
ranging from breakfast treats to oversized pastries to lunch dishes with
international sandwiches, salads and soups. The bar will also offer
after-dinner drinks, including a Regent Connoisseur list with a selection of
ports and cognacs, chocolate truffles and pralines.

Aboard the Seven Seas Navigator, the gymnasium and aerobics room have been
relocated to the area previously home to the Observation Lounge and a new
Navigator Suite has been added on deck 11.

Regent Seven Seas has also announced entirely new entertainment programming
aboard the Mariner, Voyager and Navigator, including a new nine-piece band,
"The Regent Signature Orchestra," the largest aboard any luxury cruise line.
In addition to lending concert-quality musical support to each of the
production shows on board, the orchestra will be available for intimate
performances as a smaller group at other times aboard the ships. The new
entertainment programming is also distinguished by an emphasis on live
musical performances, with five new productions by "The Regent Singers and
Dancers."

The 330-guest Paul Gauguin® also completed extensive refurbishments in 2006,
including upgraded soft goods in each stateroom and suite, new seating and
carpeting throughout public areas, a new piano bar and newly renovated
casino. Five additional staterooms with aft-facing private balconies were
also added.

Seven Seas Mariner was the world's first all-suite, all-balcony ship on her
debut in 2001 and offers cruises to Alaska, the Caribbean, Grand Asia
Pacific, South America and the Panama Canal. Regent's second all-suite,
all-balcony cruise ship, Seven Seas Voyager, sails the Mediterranean and
Baltic, the Caribbean and Panama Canal and also offers World Cruises. Seven
Seas Navigator features an all-suite design (90 percent with private
balconies) and sails the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bermuda as well as the
Middle East, India, Africa and South America. Paul Gauguin recently embarked
on her 10th year of uninterrupted service in Tahiti, and is the most elegant
vessel to be based in French Polynesia year-round.
