Default Meeting at CDG

My two adult offspring are to meet each other at CDG in about 10 days. Is
there a single, unmistakable place they could meet where there would be not
confusion whatsoever as to where it is, e.g. under the cherub clock, in
front of the Marilyn Manson cafe, etc. You get the pic. TIA,J.

CDG is a large airport, with a number of separate terminals. It would help
to know what airlines they are arriving on and from where, plus where they
are going. Otherwise, not enough info to provide a reasonable suggestion.

The place is vast and has several separate terminals.

I'd recommend the reception area of one of the big airport hotels as
they'll all have a shuttle bus service...

Or the check-in desk of a small and reasonably obscure airline and
arrange to meet near there.

"Any number under six"

The answer given by Englishman Richard Peeke when asked by the Duke of
Medina Sidonia how many Spanish sword and buckler men he could beat
single handed with a quarterstaff.

My apologies. They are arriving from the US, one from Chicago and one from
DFW. Both are on American Airlines. Hope this clarifies things. J.

That's a start.

American Airlines flights arrive and depart terminal 2A. Assuming
they want to stay in Paris, and are not connecting anywhere else, there
are a couple of fast food places - McDonalds, (what else?) and Cafe
Select beside each other at one end of the terminal that should be a good
place to get together if one or the other has to wait any time. These are
both after exiting immigration and the baggage area. They are in the
direction of the other terminal 2 buildings, plus the RER and TGV train
stations, if they intend to connect to either service.

There are also an information counter and a money exchange, again after
the baggage area, near the center of the terminal, that would also be
possibilities, but there are no places to sit, if one has to wait any
length of time.

Here is a link to some maps on the airport site:

If you can negotiate the French version, they have an interactive
application that will help you decide the best way to get to various
places in the city:
