Default *OT* - Heiress's home is(will be) made from old 747 plane parts

I read an article about the plan posted back in 2005 so it did indeed
take a bit for approval.

MALIBU — There's already a house in the neighborhood that scientists
say looks sort of like a giant atom smasher. A few miles away, in the
Hollywood Hills, there's one perched on a long, cylindrical tower that
looks more like a flying saucer on its way to Grauman's Chinese
Theatre than somebody's palatial abode.

But when Francie Rehwald moves into her new digs sometime next year,
she will have them both beat. She will be the only person on her block
living in a house built from the recycled parts of an old Boeing 747
jet airliner.

On Thursday, after more than a year of delays, Rehwald's dream finally
began to take off when a giant helicopter appeared on the horizon with
one half of one of her future house's wings dangling from a wire
beneath the copter's red-and-white belly.
