Default High marks for Travelex Insurance

We purchased Travelex Insurance for a group trip (better coverage and less
expensive than the standard tour-manager included brochure).

Ten days before we were to leave, the tour manager cancelled the trip with
full refund because we couldn't get the required visas. I called Travelex
who said that, when we received the tour manager's offical letter, to fax it
to them with a cover letter requesting a refund. I did so about ten days
later and the full cost of the travel insurance was added back to my credit
card account two days later.

Thank you, Travelex. We will certainly use your company again.

We've been using Travelex for awhile now. I had to submit a claim, and
not only were they extremely prompt, but their Customer Service was
outstanding. I highly recommend them.
