Yes.

Even if a majority of people do it?

Why does Mixi's first wet dream conjur up images of Carrie, the movie?

Ah, I misread the question as "do you masterbate". Thought it was a
direct answer!

Yes, whenever you think he's being honest, double check!

No need to use the plural ... it provides help to only _one_ group. People
with other disabilities receive nothing, even though many disabilities are
much more common.

I think people with a whole range of special needs and their advocates
will argue that not enough is done for everyone, but to argue that the
various things being done for wheelchair users is at the expense of
other groups is spurious. What are the groups you have in mind btw? I
assume you're not referring to simiacs- you know, people who've gone
bonkers from playing too much flight simulator in a darkened chambre de
bonne.

Blindness, deafness, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, autism, you name it.
The list is very long, and there are many people suffering from these
disabilities, but almost all money goes to benefit people in wheelchairs.

Jeez- you've got no clue, have you. You'll notice, for a start, that
buildings which have been redesigned for wheelchair users typically
accomodate people with sight impairment as well- through the use of
braille and general design.
