variation these days.

Last time I saw it in all uppercase was back in the BITNET days when some of
the protocols involved couldn't deal with lowercase letters. That's sort of
a long time ago. And it's also like insisting on calling someone STEVEN
because that was the name of his PRIMOS account in 1977.
