Shafston House Bluefields Jamaica??
Hello,
I am a college student looking at going to Jamaica over my spring break. I happened to come across the Shafston house for lodging and it sounds like an amazing palce. Just wondering if anyone has stayed here, or at any of the other converted plantation homes in this area of Jamiaca. I am going on vacation to have a good time, but I despise hyper-tourist districts, which some of the larger cities of Jamaica seem to be. Would this be a well sutied vacation for a first time and young (22) traveler of Jamaica? Will more than likely be traveling with a friend, but may be by myself, any worries with that? I have traveled before, so I know about safety and all of that and after reading the other posts on Jamaica I don't see a problem. Just wondering if the Bluefields area sounds as impressive as it really is? Thank You |
