looks. She has a good voice, but if she was beautiful in the way some of
our US pop stars are, would she get the same attention? It's because
nobody expects a voice like that to come out of somebody who looks like a
scrub woman. Susan Boyle is good, but not as electrifying as Patti Lupone
or Betty Buckly both who have filled Fontaine's shoes in "Les Mis". With
more training and experience maybe, but not now.

I heard a lady on the TV ( E tonight) and she was someone from
Broadway and has offered her to sing on Broadway.... SO see she is
already a star but I still hope they do not ruin her and I think it
was all known Cowell is no dummy
