Default Cruise ship specialty restaurants

I have written an article about the specialty restaurants on cruise
ships. http://beyondships.com/Cruise-articl...staurants.html
It includes interviews with hotel directors, cruise directors and
chefs from various ships and has links to the menus for the specialty
restaurants on Ruby Princess, Celebrity Solstice, Carnival Splendor
and Queen Mary 2.

Enjoyed reading the reviews, especially Princess. BUT, I always find my
self going blind on websites that are white on black. In fact, I was unable
to finish the report.
