Default Alternative to bringing water/sodas on board ...

Hi everybody!

When my DH and I cruise, I bring along a plastic pitcher, and some
Crystal Light type of drink powder to mix in the stateroom. I started
doing this out of necessity. I'm diabetic, and I have problems
sleeping if I indulge in too much Diet Coke past 3 or 4 in the
afternoon. Since the only thing most cruise lines has with zero
calories and zero caffeine is water, I decided to bring my own diet
lemonade, Walmart apple drink, etc... Yes, it helps control costs,
but more importantly, it helps me NOT feel deprived while on
vacation.

Hope this helps )

The single serve packets also work great for air travel. Just bring a
travel cup and your ready to go. Margie
