Iberia airlines - your experience please

My wife and I are going from Boston to Torino, IT in June. Iberia airlines
is the best price. We have seen some negative comments on Tripadvisor about
Iberia but mostly about the staff being rude. For a nice savings, I can live
with people being rude. Do any readers of this group have any experiences,
negative or positive, with Iberia? We would be routed through Madrid.

Not much different than any other airline.

I have run into hassles and delays getting the boarding pass for the
connecting flight in Madrid (I did not get it in the US). Their connection
desk had long and slow lines.

Iberia is just fine. And Terminal 4 in Madrid, which is their hub, is
relatively easy to connect at. And, since they're oneWorld, you can get
American Airlines AAdvantage miles.
