Flying and cruising swollen feet
I read somewhere that you should untie your shoes or take them off while
in flight. As your feel swell the shoes keep your feet from expanding when they swell. Me, I take them off. JDR |

JDR You should get up if you can and move around frequently. If you can't leave your seat, just start moving your legs around, tap your toes on the floor, etc. Howard |
