Default WARNING!!

The travel agency BOOK - IT has never heard about customerservice.
After I booked a destination they charged, without asking me, my Visa
for USD 100.

They would send me everything about the accomodation + vouchers. .
This was promised just after X-mas by Mrs. Benier, manager Customer Service
Up till to-day January 13, I did not receive anything, no vouchers, no
confirmations etc. Not even a confirmation about received mail.

I had to cancel everything, because my flight option was finished.
Although they have in their conditions that in case of cancellation
I had to pay USD 9,75, they not even informed me about that.

So use your brains before doing business with BOOK-IT

ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) has a helpful page on where and
how to most effectively make a complaint. Ranting here may make you
feel better but it won't do anything to fix the problem as you see it.
Check out the ASTA web page at: http://tinyurl.com/y97slz
or, http://www.travelsense.org/consumer/complaint.asp

You are lucky that you used a CC.

Follow the instructions to dispute the charge. You should not have to pay a
cent.

Should you use the mailblocks package and expect a response from me,
you should preauthorize the dissensoftware.com domain.

I very rarely bother responding to challenge/response systems,
especially those from irresponsible companies.
