Cruise ship oxygen
Someone asked about oxygen for a cruise passenger recently and before I
could reply, my trusty little Dell decided to forget all it knew. I have used Care vacations half a dozen times and found them reliable, though expensive. As far as I'm concerned, reliable trumps expensive when it comes to oxygen. Care Vacations is located in Western Canada, phone 1-877-478-7827 or 1-780-986-6404. TA's may have info on them because they give commissions to TA's who send them business (I'm pretty sure this is accurate). A cruiser will probably need a concentrator for the cabin and portable tanks for moving around. They will give you a phone number to call the day before the cruise in the departure city to verify all is ready for you. They have never failed to have my stuff in the suite before I boarded, and I board early. Don't let oxygen keep you home. Harry Cooper |
