It's a warning to avoid guides with a dripping nose.

Avoid guides who spend too much time reading their thermometers?

I have damn well be trying to get him to do that!

And your rate of success has been exactly what so far...?

As he apparently can't help himself, what else is there left to do?

Might he not just be beyond any such "help" as you and others might
offer?

What else? One option is to cease the enabling. But of course, where's
the, um, fun in that?

I'll say (well, type) it again: urging him to do anything, including
what you suggest, is an exercise in futility. You can't help "the
poor man." Engaging Anthony in his random bouts of off-topic lunacy
serves only to enable him and his behavior, no matter whether he
actually has Asperger's syndrome or not.

It's not that hard to figure out, is it?

Hold that thought.

Unless someone else is writing your posts and claiming to be you, the
posts you write are an important reflection of your personality.
