Karen is Still Alive

It was just posted to the Liners List that Karen Segboer (aka
Cupcaked) is still among the living, although it was not clear how
well she is doing--she has been ill for quite some time. The message
was posted by the current manager of the Liner List, who heard from
Karen within minutes of posting the message himself.

Who ever perpetrated the cruel hoax that Karen had passed away (and on
Christmas Day no less) played a singularly disgusting joke--totally
beneath contempt--and should apologize to this group as well as (and
most importantly) to Karen herself.

Peg, thank you for getting to the truth. Even though many of us have had
problems with Karen in the past, no one deserves this kind of hoax to be
played on them.

What a terrible thing to do ... I never had any problems with Cupcake,
Others did have problems, But no matter what the person that posted
that was evil.
