For the police, he is quite simply breaking the law as a CYBER
STALKER! The libel part just shows his true colors as a SPINELESS
WIMP! He was investigated by the Ottawa Police Service, and the Sûreté
du Québec for criminal stalking of a former female co-worker. The
slimy worm that he is he managed to slime his way out of that charge.

Michael is a bitter old man, bent on revenge after losing his cushy
DND contract. He now lists "Consultant" on his Resume, which is a
euphenism for "unemployed" Michael has tried to deflect his guilt on
others, he posts screeds in the same format as Richard Scoville. He
often forges the name Peter Taticek (a former coworker at DND, that
spoke up against him). He has posted as Susan Yuen, Peter Taticek's ex-
