Nope. Seems like you'd have to move directly to criminal charges in the
event that you need to file a complaint.

reasonably fair for what is basically untrained and poorly performed
labour.

That being said, I'm not a big fan of using tons of part time workers vs
a smaller number of full time workers. I wonder if the pro-union
fellers recognize that forcing TSA to switch to full time schedules
means that a lot of part timers will go from part time to unemployment?

BS.. No one has been killed by the TSA, either directly or indirectly.
