Mexico- Flights Between Oaxaca-Huatulco
"Brian" wrote in message ... What, if any, Mexican airlines fly between Oaxaca and Huatulco without going through Mexico City. I'm not sure about Huatulco, but I had no problem booking a one way flight while in Oaxaca (for the next day or day after) from there to Puerto Escondido international airport. This was not quite 2 years ago and the cost was around $90 USD. While the plane was only a small 7-seater, I found the flight to be just fine, and I am a bit sensitive to motion. The half hour hop was more desirable than the 7 or so hour drive through the mountains. I'm not positive which airline it was, but Aeromexico would be a good guess. I think I recall there being taxis from Puerto Escondido to Huatulco, something like a half hour to hour drive, if I recall. I'm not too familiar with Huatulco, but would imagine you might find such a flight, assuming they have a large enough airport. There are also van and bus options available, too, as you many know, but it's a pretty long and windy (and beautiful, I hear) drive over the continental divide. Good luck. Thanks, Brian |

Actaully, I think it was Aero-tucan, and they also list Hutulco as a destination.
