Default Going on a Cruise - What are the Current Carry-on Rules?

Hi, my name is tony and I`m getting ready to go on a cruise but can not
find any information on carry-on items. Luggage yes but are there
restrictions on liquid filled bottles, such as shampoo like the airlines
impose. You know, they want the 1.5oz bottles, in plastic bags and all
that. Please help, i`m running out of time and I dont want to have to
waste my large shampoo bottles.

No restrictions on liquids like on the airlines except most do restrict
you from bringing your own alcohol. Another item most don't allow is
irons. By the way the ships do provide shampoo. I prefer my own and
bring it but many just use the shampoo provided.

No restrictions on carry ons for the ships unlike planes ... they may
store your wine for you so as to get their corkage fee ... or any
other liquor ...

The rules for carrion though are very restrictive ... they don't want
their buffets outclassed ...

They have at least since 2006 when I took my first Carnival cruise. It's in
a dispenser next to the body wash in the shower.

LES!

Yes Tom, they have shampoo dispensers in all the showers.

I'm guessing this wasn't the case when you sailed on Density years ago. :-)

That was hilarious, Bill! Very clever. Tom is a good sport and clever,
too. Watch out, he might zing you right back now or when you are least
expecting it!

Diana, Bill and Tom met on the same cruise.

Pardon me for stating the obvious, but I figure I should say it
nevertheless. No pets in carry-on travel crates. The only exception is
service animals. Service dogs are preferable to service capuchine monkeys.
