I took VLM from London City to Luxembourg last month. It was fine,
quick checkin (LCY is a very small airport), flight was on time. The
planes are F50 turboprops but the leg room was OK, the little
breakfast was fine, the staff were pleasant, and the price was
definitely right.

I booked on their web site from the US with no trouble.

R's,
John

John:

excellent information, thanks!

Their use of LCY is a big factor for me.

Have used VLM a few times in the past - mainly on Antwerp
to London City. Would fly them again any day - great little
airline that knows it business and niche and has no grandiose
foolhardy plans or "wannabe" mentality.
They do what they do very, very well indeed IMHO based on
my experiences with them. Sure, it's a F50, but the stage
lengths are nothing so it's not a big drama and the service
from staff at various parts and cities of the airline is genuine
and customer oriented for the greater majority.
You cannot beat their hub at London City for hassle free,
convenience and speed if you need to be in central London.
Cheers.

Al:

thank you for the information.

Like you, for a short haul flight, I think a F50 is just fine. Their on-time
record is excellent and I haven't heard anyone complain about lost baggage.
For a flight of about 1 hour, all I want is:
safety
don't lose my suitcase
by on-time (subject to the need for safety, of course)

Paul
