Default "The garbage song"

I am in Huaycán, Perú, near Lima.

When the garbage truck goes around, it plays a song on loudspeakers
about making the community healthier by putting your garbage where it
can be picked up.

Anyone know of a source for the lyrics? Or even better, an actual audio
file?

I live on a mountain too steep for the truck to come up here. I haven't
been able to get close enough to record it, and the quality is so poor I
can only figure out a few words.
