ROYAL CHAMPIONS

Dear RC Champions....

CruiseMates has article about "Why People Love Carnival" which led to
some controversial statements about RCL in the comments section. I was
hoping some of you would respond. I would like to see some balance in
there.

I have received a few e-mails from RCCL regarding the Royal Champions,
one was for the Reveal of the Oasis in NY, another was in answer to a
question regarding What would I like to do most? And I (and the boys)
answered and it was published in the Crown & Anchor Magazine. We were
also asked for photos, but I very rarely take photos, so didn't enter
that contest. (Come to see that a few of the photos that were chosen
were from the photographer on the ship at dinner, I didn't think I
could enter them because I didn't take them)

One of the VPs at the Reveal stated that they picked the people from
the contest to name the ship. I submitted both the Oasis and Alure
but a few people entered with those names before me.

And now this one, for whatever they are doing now

Royal Champions is a marketing research program running by Royal Caribbean.

I haven't been on CC in awhile nor have I posted here much.
But I got the request for info and sent it right back too!
It's a bit early so all we can do is speculate.
I really need a cruise!

Yes, I also almost didn't respond that first time and as you say
it would have been a bad move. This update asking for my name as
it appears on my passport has me very optimistic.

I received the same invitation from Rachel Hancock, Manager of Marketing at
Royal Caribbean Marketing but I did not respond before I knew more about it.

world! There are so many scams going on out there.
