Liverpool Street Station - London
I would suggest under the arrivals/departure indicator board that
hangs across the main concourse near the main entrance to the Underground station and the stairs up to the bus station and the Liverpool Street exit. I don't think it's possible to make a mistake about them. As far as I know the Stansted Express usually comes in at that side of the station. Just one thought: the train has been replaced on Sundays by a bus for a good long while - check whether that's still happening and whether your friend might be affected. If so a good place might be by the war memorial on the upper level by the bus station, which is at the top of the staircase I mentioned above. I was there once but do not remember much about it expept that it was large. The person I am meeting has never been there before. Thank you. |
