NYC taxi to NCL Dawn?
From Penn Station- you will want to catch a cab on the 8th Ave side, so you are
going uptown. There aren't really "alt" ways the cab can go that would be longer??? Have them drop you right at the pier, won't be much difference and as stated, the porter's will be right there for your luggage.
