Default Columbus in the Old World or the New?

Hello, All!

Well for those who feel that such things are important, it seems
that at least some of Columbus' remains are in Spain:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12871458/from/RS.3/

However, since the Dominicans won't let their relic collection
be tested, it is still possible that pieces of Columbus' bones
are also there. Now, if they'd cremated him there'd be no answer
and they could enjoy arguing for ever.

And yes. Columbus never discovered the USA. In fact he never set foot on the
USA.

And what on earth is the relevance of that comment? :-)

And it wasn't even the USA when he wasn't there.
