I will be arrive in Copenhagen Denmark in mid July. I want to vist
some of the beaches; what is the temperature in mid July? Is there
transportation to the beaches by bus or train, or should I plan to
rent a car? Are there lodging facilites near most beaches?

You can get just about anywhere in Denmark by Train or bus and taxi.
Car rentals are extremely expensive.

Go to the "new" Amager Strandpark on Amager close to the airport. By
city bus you can get there in 10 - 15 minutes from the centre.
